CLX Band Assisted Active Straight Leg Raise - "Tight Hamstring Fix"
Using Theraband CLX (continuous loops) for Pattern Assisted Active Straight Leg Raise. Helps inhibit "tight" hamstrings. Repeat 20-30 times each side. This should not be painful.
