Bone or Tone? Respecting Severe Hip Mobility Issues

👀Is it Bone or Tone?👀
We need to respect the hip when it comes to severe motion limitations, especially if IR and ER are limited severely on opposite sides. It's possible the patient developed that way from years of asymmetrical sitting as a child. That doesn't mean we can't help the patient in regard to pain and function, but it means you should concentrate on strength of the hip, and load/mobility of the rest of the joints in the chain.
