🏋🏼♂️The loop resistance band is one of my favorite prehab/rehab tools. Not only does it take up very little space, but it works with many different exercises and really increases the level of difficulty.

✅I have ten exercises shown here that you can try the next time you are short on equipment. This is just one sample list. With a little creativity, you can probably come up with many more.
