🔥A Comfortable and Effective Pec Minor Technique🔥
Tired of pinning and stretching? Or worse yet, filleting? (I'm looking at you graston). You can improve overhead mobility, especially for those with anteriorly tipped scapula with a simple and effective pec minor inhibition. There's no need for painful and unfortable pec minor palpation or pinning and stretching. Simple resist ER and abduction of the involved shoulder to inhibit the pec minor by contracting the scapula depressors. Then load up the new overhead motion with some resistance or overhead carries.
