The PT in this clip from a recent live MMT Seminar had limited trunk rotation as well as overhead mobility. I used the wall slide screen to test wall slide and seated trunk overpressure to test rotation. The two techniques performed here are pain free and slack the thoracic paraspinals and the lats. After testing her range was better in both trunk rotation and left overhead mobility (since I only slacked her left side lat). After this she can perform thoracic whips or sidelying rotations and load up with overhead carries or continue wall slides in a slightly scaption plane. Are you a patient in need of my help?
