“What are the two simple things you focus on when you create a strength & conditioning program for athletes?” I hear physical therapists say that programming can seem daunting but it doesn’t have to be.

After years of working with strength and conditioning coaches in pro sports, I’ve obsessed over simplifying it so that any physical therapists can create a solid program without a CSCS or strength training background.
